How to Register
Purchasers (major purchasing companies - typically oil and gas operators and major service contractors) should contact the Service Desk to Register.
NJQS supports two types of Suppliers to the Oil and Gas industry.
All Suppliers are required to complete an online pre-qualification questionnaire; details will be checked by the NJQS operations team and published on-line for all the JV and PSC companies to identify current and potential suppliers when there are contract opportunities.
The purpose of the Essential Services Supplier Questionnaire is to:
a) Identify the essential (community) suppliers.
b) Extract relevant information about the essential (community) contractors for opportunities and growth in the oil and gas industry.
The eligibility requirements for an Essential Services Supplier are:
• Suppliers can only execute contracts valued at N10,000,000.00 (Ten million Naira) or $50,000 (Fifty thousand US dollars), and below.
• Suppliers must provide a formal identification by their Local Government Authority.
• Operate a wholly Nigerian owned business.
• Supplier company must be from an Oil Bearing community/Oil producing community.
Step 1 - Download/Print the NJQS Essential Services Supplier Application Form...

Step 2 - Fill out all requested information in the form, and deliver the completed application form (in person, by courier, or post) to:

Step 3 - You will receive an email from us, containing your User Logon ID and Password.
Step 4 - You will subsequently be able log on to start your online Questionnaire process.

To facilitate the completion of your NJQS online questionnaire process,
you should have the following documents for reference during
the questionnaire completion process: |

State Tax clearance certificate. |
| 2. |
A Reference letter or Attestation letter from your Local Government. |
| 3. |
A copy of Your Workman Compensation Policy document (if applicable). |
| 4. |
Directorate of Petroleum Resources – (DPR) Certificate(s). |
| 5. |
A copy of your company's Health and safety policy (if applicable). |
| 6. |
A copy of your company's Bank Statement/Audited Account. |

Step 3 - Pay the registration fee stipulated in the form, and deliver the pay-in slip, along with the completed application form (in person, by courier or post) to:

Step 4 - Once your payment is confirmed, you will receive an email from us, containing your User Logon ID and Password.

Certificate of Incorporation. |

Allotment of Shares - C02. |

List of Directors - C07. |

Directorate of Petroleum Resources – (DPR) Certificate(s). |
| 6. |
Evidence of similar work experience in the last five (5) years, with names of operators' representatives that can be contacted to verify work history. |
| 7. |
Company's Health, Safety & Environment (HSE) Policy, including safety statistics for the past three (3) years. |
| 8. |
Details of company's Quality Assurance/Quality Management (QA/QC). |
| 9. |
A verifiable Nigerian Content Policy. |
| 10. |
Associated Company(ies) documents. Evidence of any significant relationships with supplying contractors and sub-contractors, together with details of any technical support agreements with foreign contractors. |
| 11. |
Company's financial details (including bank details), financial audited accounts for the last three (3) years. |
| 12. |
Tax Clearance Certificates for the last three (3) years. |
| 13. |
A reference from your bank. |
